Hriday Pharma Care is tucked into Shop No 7 at A Aitwar House in Mumbai. Being right here in Koliwada, Worli New, means we see the same faces every day. It is a busy spot, mostly because people are always moving around the neighborhood. The shop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need on the wooden shelves. Every morning starts with pulling up the shutter and dusting off the counters. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that’s just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know exactly where to find us. Usually, someone is popping in to ask for something while they’re on their way home from work. It gets a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in and boxes are stacked near the door, but we manage to sort it out quickly. The light inside is a bit bright, but it helps when we are looking through the stock late in the evening. There isn't much fancy about the place. It’s just a regular shop where we keep things organized the best we can. Working in Worli keeps us on our toes because there is always something happening outside on the street. We keep the ledger on the main desk and try to stay on top of the paperwork between visitors. It’s a simple life running a business here in Aitwar House.
