House Of Koan

House Of Koan operates out of an apartment-style office in Autumn Grove. We are in unit 206. This is tucked away in Lokhanwala Township in Kandivili East. It’s a bit quieter here compared to the main roads, which we really appreciate. The township has a lot of trees and green patches, so it feels a little less hectic than other parts of Mumbai. Our office is basically a converted residential space. It feels more like a home than a traditional office. We have a few desks set up in the main room. We’ve been here for a while now and we like the atmosphere of the building. Most of our neighbors are families living their lives, so we try to keep things professional and quiet. It’s a simple setup where we handle all our planning and administrative stuff. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting area. If you come by, you’ll likely just find us busy at our computers or talking over the phone. We make our own coffee and manage our own schedules. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We chose Kandivili East because it’s a practical location for the people on our team. We don’t need a fancy glass building to do what we do. This space at Autumn Grove works just fine for us and our needs. It is just a comfortable place to work.
