Our office is over in Vile Parle East, specifically in the Mulji Mistri Building. We’re right near the Parle G biscuit factory, so on some days, you can actually smell the baking in the air while we’re working. Hotline Dots & Duts Services is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we’ve been operating out of this 1/A unit for quite some time. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we like being in this part of town. It feels very connected to the heart of the area. We do various service tasks throughout the day, mostly focusing on the details that keep things running for our clients. It isn't a high-rise office with glass walls; it’s a practical space where we get things done. We have a few desks, lots of files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. People from the neighborhood know us, and we often see the same faces walking by on their way to the factory or the station. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing because we’d rather just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. It’s just a normal workplace with people who’ve been together a long time. If you’re around Mulji Mistri, you’ll likely see our door open. We stay late most nights just to keep up with everything.
