Our shop is located at Mukund Mansion on Ranade Road. If you know Dadar West, you know how packed it gets, especially on the weekends. Being at number 20 puts us right in the middle of all that Mumbai madness. Home Solutions Retail India Ltd. sounds like a big corporate name, but on the ground here, it’s just a busy store. We deal with people coming in looking for stuff for their houses all day long. Ranade Road is always moving, and we are right there with it. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, and the shop gets a bit cramped when everyone ducks inside to stay dry. We don’t spend time on fancy speeches about our values. We just sell what people need and try to keep the shelves stocked. It’s a lot of inventory to keep track of, and sometimes we lose a pen or two in the shuffle. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know the regulars who come in from the nearby buildings. It isn't a perfect system, but it works for us. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get to work. Dealing with retail in Dadar means you have to be quick. We don’t have much room for frills. It’s just about getting the right item into the customer's hands and moving on to the next person. That's just how we run things every day.
