Hiten International Events

Our office is over in Juhu on Balraj Sahani Marg, specifically at Novotel 202. It is a very busy part of town with people always coming and going from the beach and the hotels nearby. We spend most of our time here organizing various events. It is not always as exciting as it sounds. A lot of the work is just sitting at a desk, making dozens of phone calls, and double-checking lists to make sure nothing was missed. Being in room 202 gives us a bit of a quiet space away from the main road noise. We have been doing this for a good number of years now. Sometimes things go exactly as planned, and other times we have to deal with unexpected problems like a supplier being late or a piece of equipment failing at the last minute. That is just part of the business. We don't have a massive corporate staff, just a few dedicated people who know how to get things done. Juhu is a fast-moving place, so we have to stay alert. We work with all kinds of different people from across the city. Some days are very long, especially when there is a major event scheduled for the next morning. We just focus on the practical side of planning and try to stay organized. There are no big fancy speeches here, just honest work. We have seen many different event setups over the years.
