Hiten Graphic is located at Parel, near the Chimanya Ganpati Chowk, address number 26024. This part of Parel is always buzzing, especially during the festival season. Our shop is tucked into a corner where we handle all kinds of printing and design jobs. It’s a messy place, to be honest. We have stacks of paper everywhere, different weights and colors, and the smell of ink is something you just get used to. Our computers are always running, and the printers make a rhythmic thumping sound that fills the room. We do everything from small visiting cards to large banners. Sometimes a customer comes in with a very vague idea, and we have to spend time trying to figure out what they actually want on paper. It’s a lot of back and forth. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful not to trip over the boxes of finished work waiting to be picked up. Parel has changed a lot with the big towers coming up, but the chowk still feels like the old Mumbai. We have our regular customers who have been coming to us for years. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is free just answers the door or the phone. We just like making things look good on paper and getting the job done on time.
