Hindustan Courier Service

Our office is over in Andheri at Saibaba Cottage. It’s not a big corporate building, just a local spot where we handle the daily grind of Hindustan Courier Service. People in the neighborhood know us quite well. We deal with a lot of envelopes and parcels every single day. The space at Saibaba Cottage is filled with bags and delivery logs and there is always something going on. It’s nothing fancy to look at but it works for what we need to do. Andheri is a fast place and we have to keep up with that pace. We spend our mornings sorting through what came in overnight and our afternoons getting things ready for the next move. There’s a lot of walking and driving involved in this line of work. Sometimes the weather makes it tough but the packages still have to go out on time. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just take the items people bring us and make sure they get to where they’re supposed to go. It’s basic work but it keeps us busy. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some are regulars and some we only see once. We just focus on the labels and the timing. It’s been our routine for a long time now. We like being in this part of Andheri. It’s a good community and we’re just part of the daily life here, moving things around for people who need it.
