Hi Tech Metal & Tubes

We are located at 16/11 Kunj Vihar, right on 1st Carpenter Street. If you know the area, you know it’s a tight spot with lots of small businesses packed together. Our place is mostly about the inventory. We have tubes and metal pieces of all sizes stored wherever they can fit. It’s not the most organized-looking shop in the world, but we know where everything is. When someone calls looking for a specific size, we usually have to go back and dig through the racks. The street outside is always busy with carts and bikes, so it can be a bit chaotic during the middle of the day. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows our order by heart. There are usually two or three of us in the shop at any time. We spend our time answering the phone, talking to the walk-in customers, and making sure the deliveries are ready to go. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy reception desk. It’s just a counter, some chairs, and a lot of metal. We deal with the daily problems like delayed shipments or broken fans just like any other small shop. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we get a fresh load of stock in, but we make it work. Most of our customers are regulars who have been buying from us for years.
