We are located on the fifth floor of the Dheeraj Heritage building. It’s at number 36 on S. V. Road in Santacruz West. If you know Mumbai, you know S. V. Road is always packed with people and cars, so it’s a very lively place to be. Our office is a bit higher up, which helps get away from some of the street noise. We have been here at Dheeraj Heritage for a good number of years. It’s a multi-story building with a lot of different businesses inside. We handle a lot of work related to chemicals and herbal extracts. The office is mostly filled with files, samples, and a few computers. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for our small team to get the work done. The elevators can be a bit of a wait during the morning rush, so some of us just take the stairs if we’re feeling energetic. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most of our clients have been dealing with us for a long time and they know exactly where to find us on the fifth floor. It’s a practical location for us since it’s in a well-connected part of the city. We just focus on processing orders and talking to our suppliers. Every day is different depending on what materials are coming in or going out.
