Hema Gandhi Group

Our office is over at Arunodaya, in Wing A, Flat 403. It's a residential-style setup in the Juhu Deonar area. Hema Gandhi Group is just a small family-run operation mostly. We use the space to manage everything we have going on. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of different projects. The flat is comfortable, much better than a cold office building. We have windows that let in some light, which helps on long days. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, so it feels like a real home. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know where we are. We handle various tasks throughout the day, from phone calls to sorting out bills. It’s a bit of a mix. We’ve been based here for quite some time now. Juhu is a nice place to work, even if the commute can be a pain sometimes. We aren't trying to grow into some massive corporation. We like the size we are. It’s easier to keep track of things that way. We just do our best to stay on top of the work and keep things moving forward. If the doorbell rings, it’s usually a delivery or someone we know. It’s a simple life and we’re happy with it. We’ve got some plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. That's just how it is when things get busy.
