Heena Evex Events & Exhibition

Our office is located at 8 Andheri East, right on 12th Cross in the Gayatri Extension. It’s pretty easy to find since we are just opposite the Allahabad Bank. We do a lot of work with events and exhibitions, which basically means we are always on the phone or sketching out floor plans. The space here is usually filled with samples, fabric swatches, and old posters from past shows. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where the important stuff is kept. We spend a lot of time traveling back and forth to different venues, so sometimes the office is a bit empty during the day. When we are here, it’s a lot of organizing schedules and talking to vendors. There’s always a bit of stress when a big date is coming up, but that’s just the nature of the job. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the logistics work out. It’s practical work. We handle the booths and the setups, making sure everything is where it needs to be before the doors open. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just how it goes with exhibitions. We’ve been in Andheri East for a while and like being part of the local buzz here. It gets a bit noisy with the bank traffic outside, but it keeps us on our toes.
