Hawaiian Kokoleka

We operate Hawaiian Kokoleka out of Flat Number 18 in New Shreani Niketa, which is located in the Girgaon area. It’s not a traditional storefront on the main road, so it’s a bit different from most businesses you might see around here. We spend a lot of our time inside this space working on our chocolate products. Girgaon is a place with a lot of history and narrow lanes, and being based in New Thippasandra Post gives us a quiet spot to get things done. Since we are in a flat, we don’t have walk-in customers in the same way a street-side shop does. Mostly, we are busy with orders and making sure everything is packed correctly. The kitchen is where all the activity happens. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of work to finish, but we’ve managed to organize it well over the years. We started this because we liked the idea of making something and sharing it. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us doing everything from scratch. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit tricky because the building can be hard to find for some drivers. But we like the neighborhood and the people in the building are friendly enough. It’s a simple setup and we just take things one day at a time, making sure each batch is done right before it goes out to whoever ordered it.
