Haveli Real State

Our office is at number 1 in the Y.H.B Ram Nagar Colony. We are located right on the Mumbai New Link Road. This area has changed a lot lately with all the new construction going on. Haveli Real State is a simple ground-floor office. We have a few maps pinned to the wall and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. The Link Road is very noisy with all the cars and bikes zooming past, so we usually keep the door closed to keep the dust out. It’s a modest space, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We have a small cupboard for our files and a computer that’s a few years old. Most of our time is spent talking to people or driving out to look at different sites nearby. The Ram Nagar Colony is a quiet enough place once you step off the main road. We like it here because it’s easy for people to find us. There is a small tea stall nearby where we spend a lot of our breaks. The office feels lived-in, with some old newspapers and umbrellas kept in the corner. We don't like making things look more expensive than they are. It’s just a place where we help people figure out their housing stuff and keep track of the local market. It's a small team here, and we know the neighborhood very well.
