Harsh Travel Solutions is a small shop located at Shop No 5 in the Sai Dham Building, C, part of the KHB Colony in the 5th Phase of Yelahanka. The address can be a bit confusing for some, but we are right here in the heart of the colony. It’s a modest little space where we help people figure out their travel plans. We mostly spend our time looking at flight schedules, train bookings, and hotel options on our computers. It isn't a fancy travel lounge with leather chairs. It’s just a simple shop with a couple of chairs for customers to sit while we look things up for them. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking site acts up, but we just deal with it as it comes. We get a lot of regulars from the KHB Colony who just want to book a ticket to see their family or go on a small vacation. We don't try to sell people on expensive packages they don't need. We just listen to where they want to go and see what we can find. It’s a straightforward business. Being in Sai Dham Building, we see the same people walking past every day. It’s a nice community feel. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and though the travel industry changes a lot with all the apps, people still seem to like coming in to talk to a real person. We just keep things honest and do our best to get the details right.
