Harsh Chocolates

We've been at 207 Veera Desai Road for a while now. Harsh Chocolates is just a small spot where we handle everything ourselves. Making sweets is a lot of work, mostly because the temperature has to be just right or the whole batch is ruined. It gets busy during the holidays, but most days it's just the usual routine. We don't have a big fancy storefront with lights. It's just us in the back. Sometimes the smell of cocoa travels down the street when the wind is right. People in Andheri know where to find us if they need something for a gift or just a snack. We use the same tools we've had for years. It's not high-tech stuff, just regular pots and molds. Dealing with deliveries is probably the hardest part because the traffic around here is always a mess. You learn to live with it. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out looking perfect, but it still tastes fine. We try to keep things simple. There isn't much to say about why we do it, it's just what we do every day. We open early to get the prep work done before it gets too hot. It's a living. We’ve known the neighbors for a long time. If you’re passing by Veera Desai Road, you’ll see our door. Nothing flashy about it. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the orders as they come in. There is always a pile of boxes waiting to be filled.
