We are based in Malad East, specifically in the Raheja Township. Our office is room C/112 in Panchsheel Building Number 1. It is a residential area primarily, so it is a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. The township has a lot of trees and space to walk, which makes coming to work a bit more pleasant. Our office is a modest one. We have a few computers and some shelves filled with various items we use for our work. It is not a corporate setup by any means. It feels more like a home office that grew a bit too big. We know the other people in the building and often stop to talk in the lobby. The day starts with checking what is on the schedule and then it is just a lot of coordinating from there. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We keep our own hours mostly. There is a small window that lets in some light during the afternoon. We have some old posters on the wall and a few chairs for when we need to sit and think. It is a very low-key environment where we just focus on getting the work done. The commute can be a bit long for some, but it is worth it.
