Harish Travels

We've been around D N Nagar for quite a while now. Our office is basically just a room in Building 14 of Abhinav Shyadri Hsg Soc. It’s nothing fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of phone calls. People come by to ask about bus tickets or renting a car for a weekend trip out of Mumbai. Most of the time, the fan is rattling and we’re trying to keep track of where the drivers are. Being in Andheri West means it’s always loud outside. We started Harish Travels because we knew the neighborhood well. It’s mostly just us handling the bookings and making sure everyone gets their tickets on time. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to do things the old way with pens and paper. It’s a bit cramped in Room 568, but it works for what we do. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just come in, tell us where you need to go, and we see what’s available. Most of our regulars live right here in the society or just down the street. We know the shortcuts around the city and which roads to avoid during the monsoon. It gets busy during the holidays, but that's just how it is. We keep the keys on a big hook by the door. It’s just a simple setup here in D N Nagar, nothing more to it than that.
