You just come in and we talk about what you're looking for. Some days are slow and we just tidy up, other days we are running around trying to fix things at the last minute. We try to keep it simple and not overcomplicate things. People around Charni Road know us for being straightforward. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what's possible and try to make sure things go okay for whoever is hosting the event. It’s a lot of coordination and just being on top of the small details. We’ve been in this room for a while now and it works for us.
