Hack The Snacks

Hack The Snacks is located in the Simla Shopping Center Part-2 over in Kurla East. It’s a pretty small shop, nothing fancy at all. We just wanted a place where people could get something to eat without it being a whole big thing. Kurla East is always crowded and the shopping center gets a lot of foot traffic, especially in the afternoons. I spend most of my time behind the counter. The space is tight, so we had to be clever about where we put the fridge and the shelves. Sometimes the lights in Simla Shopping Center flicker a bit, which is annoying, but we just keep going. It’s not a corporate chain. It’s just me and my friend who decided to start this up. We do snacks that are easy to carry because everyone in Kurla seems to be in a hurry to catch a train or a bus. We don’t have any big posters or fancy lighting. It’s just a counter and some food. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking. Other days, we can’t keep up with the orders. We’ve had some trouble with the plumbing lately, but that’s old buildings for you. We’re just a local spot trying to make a living. If you’re passing through Simla Shopping Center Part-2, you’ll see us there. Nothing more to it than that. My partner usually handles the morning shift and I come in later.
