You can find us at the Shalaka Building on Juhu Tara Road. We are in unit 204. The police station is quite close, which is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with this part of Santacruz West. It's a busy stretch of road, especially in the evenings when everyone is out near the beach. The building itself has been around for a while. It's got that old-school feel to it. We work from the second floor. It is usually quiet inside despite the traffic outside. Gurleen M Puri is the name on the door. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us here every day. We usually have the windows shut because of the dust from the road. The office is filled with things we’ve collected over time. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a functional space where we handle our business. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea. Most days are spent at our desks or on the phone. Santacruz is a nice area to be based in, even if parking can be a total nightmare sometimes. We usually tell people to take an auto or a cab if they are coming over. It’s just easier that way. We like the rhythm of this neighborhood. It feels lived-in and real. We just do our work and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life.
