Group M. We are over in Pune, specifically in the Kothrud area. Our office is at Nirmal Residency, which is in Lane No 17 of the Dahanukar Colony. The pin code is 411038. Kothrud is a very active part of the city, but Dahanukar Colony is a bit more settled. We are in a residential building, which keeps things feeling a bit more personal. It isn't one of those massive IT parks. We have a simple sign so people can find us in Lane 17. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers for our team to work on. We handle different types of media and planning. The office can get a little loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We usually have lunch together or go out to one of the small cafes nearby. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when we can. It’s a very local feel here. We know the security guard and the people in the next flat. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to make things work for everyone. It is a practical office for a practical team. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to reach. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic on the way home, but that is just part of living in Pune. We stay busy and keep at it.
