We are located in B-503 of the Kailash Complex, which is in Bhandup West, Mumbai. The complex is a big place with lots of different businesses, so it’s always humming with activity. Group M Media India Pvt Ltd has occupied this unit for several years. It’s a typical Mumbai office setup – we have our space on the fifth floor, and you have to wait for the lift sometimes because the building is so busy. Once you’re inside, it’s just a lot of desks and people working on media plans and various projects. It gets pretty loud during the middle of the day with everyone talking and the phones ringing. We don’t have a very fancy decor; it’s mostly just functional stuff that we need to get through the work. Bhandup is a good location because it's connected well, even if the trains are always packed. We just try to stay on top of the tasks we have. There are plenty of food stalls around the complex where we go for lunch or a quick snack. It’s a very grounded environment. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want a place where we can do our jobs properly. Most of us have been working here together for years, so we know how to handle the daily rush. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish things up, but that's just how it goes in this line of work.
