Ground Zero

We've been at the Washington Plaza location for a while now. It's on the ground floor, shop number thirteen. Most people in Goregaon West know the area pretty well because it’s a busy spot. Our space isn't a huge place, but we keep things running daily. My desk is right near the entrance. Some days it gets very busy with people coming in and out of the plaza. We handle everything right here on the ground floor. It’s convenient for anyone walking by. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most of the neighbors are other shops and small offices. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Traffic can be a bit much on the main road, but once you're inside the plaza, it's okay. We usually start early and finish up when the work is finished. It’s a straightforward setup. Nothing fancy, just us doing what we do every day. If you’re looking for us, look for the ground floor sign. We share the building with a bunch of different businesses. It feels like a small community in here sometimes. We’ve got our routine down. Sometimes the AC acts up, but that’s just how old buildings are. We like being in Goregaon. It’s a practical spot for a business like Ground Zero. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay organized.
