Green Pearls Exports and Imports Private Limited is located over in Vairag, which is a small village area near Barshi. Our office is at Shahu Nagar, and it’s a very grounded, local operation. Being in a place like Vairag means things move a bit slower than in the big cities, and we like it that way. Most of what we do involves exports and imports, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with logistics and transport from this region. It’s not always easy being away from the main ports, but we make it work with what we have. Our office is part of the local community, and we know most of our neighbors by name. We don't have fancy signage or a glass front; it’s just a regular building where we sit and manage our files. The work can be a bit repetitive, checking lists and making sure the crates are ready for the trucks, but it’s important. We started this because there was a lot of local potential that wasn't being used. It’s a small group of us here, and we often have to do everything from answering phones to helping load a vehicle if someone is short-handed. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. We just want to get the products from here to where they need to go, one shipment at a time.
