Green Dot Courier & Cargo Service

We are located on the third floor of the Gopal Building, which is right at 38 Marine Lines. If you know where the Gita Bhavan Restaurant is, then we are just across from there. It is an old building, the kind with stairs that have definitely seen better days. Green Dot Courier & Cargo Service is where we spend most of our time, usually surrounded by piles of envelopes and brown boxes. Marine Lines is always moving, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. The elevator works most of the time, but sometimes it is better to just walk up. We get a lot of people coming in with packages for all over the place. It can get pretty messy with tape and packing paper everywhere on the floor. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter at the time. The noise from the street below filters up, reminding us how busy Mumbai is. We have been doing this for a bit now, and we know the daily routine pretty well. We handle the cargo and the couriers as they come and go throughout the day. It is a lot of lifting and writing down addresses on manifests. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It is just a courier office in an old part of town. We are here every day and keep things moving.
