Our office is in Room Number 234, inside Building Number 7 at Subash Nagar in Chembur. Mumbai is a massive city, and Chembur has its own unique feel, being a bit away from the main hub but still very crowded. We have been in this room for a long time. It is a small space, but we have managed to fit everything we need to help people with their travel plans. There are always maps and schedules lying around on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking computer screens for ticket prices and travel dates. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with all the other residents and businesses nearby, but we are used to it by now. We are not a big fancy agency with posters everywhere. It is just a local spot where we try to figure out the best way to get people from one place to another. We know the struggle of traveling in and out of Mumbai, so we understand why people want things to be as smooth as possible. We just take it one booking at a time and try to keep our records straight. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we just take the stairs to get things done faster.
