Vikas Pharmaceutical Laboratories

We’ve been here at the Ram Mandir Industrial Estate in Goregaon East for a good while now. Our place is up on the first floor of building 3/19. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming off Ram Mandir Road throughout the day. If you’ve ever walked around this part of Goregaon, you know how it gets with all the small units and people moving goods in and out. The stairs up to our floor can be a bit steep when you’re carrying things, but we’re used to it. The space inside is just right for what we do, with enough room for the lab equipment and some storage. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this building. We mostly focus on the technical side of things here. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time looking at paperwork than anything else, but that’s the nature of the work. Most of the people working around here know each other, so there’s a bit of a local community feel even though it’s an industrial area. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most days start early before the heat really kicks in. We’ve seen a few changes in the estate over the years, new neighbors coming and going, but we just keep doing our thing up here on the first floor.
