Gopi Sons Imitation

We are situated at No. 51 and 52 inside Mangaldas Market. Our spot is right across from the Rajdhani Hotel on Shaikh Memon Street. It is a very lively area of the city. If you’ve ever been to Mangaldas Market, you know it’s like a maze. We have two units side by side, which gives us a bit more room to breathe, but even then, it gets crowded with all our items. We deal in imitation pieces, so there’s a lot of small stuff to keep track of. Boxes and trays are everywhere. The lights are bright inside so people can see the details. Outside, Shaikh Memon Street is always packed with people looking for deals. We can see the guests going in and out of the Rajdhani Hotel from our front. It’s a lot of noise and energy. We get to work early to set everything out. It takes a long time to arrange the displays every morning and even longer to pack them up at night. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just our hands and our eyes to check the stock. Sometimes we lose track of time because there are no windows to the outside world, just the market corridors. It’s a busy life but it is what we know. We’ve been here a long time and the other shopkeepers are like family. We just keep our spot at 51 and 52 going every day.
