You’ll find us at the Ligery Building, specifically ground floor unit No. 5, over in IC Colony. Borivali is a big area, but IC Colony has its own specific vibe. Good Neighbor Pharmacy has been part of this neighborhood for a while. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of stores. We are just this one spot on the ground floor. Being at the street level means we see a lot of people walking by. Some stop in for their regular medicine, others just to ask for directions. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to keep as much as possible in stock. It’s not a fancy place with bright lights and music. It’s just a pharmacy. We spend a lot of time sorting through pills and checking expiry dates. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't always see. Sometimes the computer system is slow, and people have to wait a few extra minutes. We try to be patient and hope they are too. We know most of the doctors in the IC Colony area. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being there when people need us. It’s a regular job in a regular neighborhood, and we’re fine with that. It feels good to be part of the local street where everyone knows everyone else eventually.
