Good Day Express

If you’ve ever walked through Kalbadevi, you know how packed the streets get. Our little spot, Good Day Express, is right there on the ground floor of the building near Adarsh Palace. It’s Shop No 1, so it’s easy to find if you’re looking, but you might miss it if you’re distracted by the crowds. Being in this part of town means there’s never a quiet moment. There’s always someone hauling boxes or bikes zooming past. We’ve been operating from this ground floor space for a while now. It’s a bit cramped because we have to store a lot of things, but it works for what we need. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the fan makes a bit of noise, but it’s our home during the day. We don't spend much on decorations or making things look pretty. It’s more about getting the orders sorted and out the door. Everyone around here knows each other, so we end up talking to the tea seller and the other shop owners every morning. It’s a real community feel, even with all the chaos of the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the street gets blocked by a truck, but we just work around it. That’s just life in Kalbadevi. We’re just here doing our bit every day, trying to keep up with the pace of the city. We don't have a big team, just a few of us.
