Golcha Minerals India Pvt Ltd is part of the Golcha Group and we are located in the 215-Atrium building. Our office is number 218 in the C Wing. It’s right on Andheri Kurla Road in Andheri East, which means we are right in the middle of all that Mumbai traffic. Being next to the Courtyard by Marriott makes it easy for people to find us, even if the road outside is always blocked with cars. Inside the office, it’s a lot quieter than the street. We have samples of different minerals and stones sitting on the shelves, which sometimes get a bit dusty. We spend our days dealing with mining data, logistics, and talking to people at the sites. It’s a professional enough environment, but we still keep things pretty informal among ourselves. We don't go in for all those fancy corporate slogans you see on TV. We just deal with the earth and the minerals we get from it. The Atrium is a nice building, and the air conditioning is a relief from the Mumbai heat. We’ve been in the mineral business for a long time as a group, so we know the ins and outs of the trade. It’s mostly about coordinating between the mines and the customers who need the raw materials. We work hard, drink too much coffee, and try to make sure everything ships out when it’s supposed to.
