Our office is at 302, Koldongri Chs on Sahar Road. Andheri East is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Glow Pharma has been operating from this building for quite some time now. It’s a cooperative housing society, so it has a different feel than a glass office tower. We share the space with other small businesses and residents. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from Sahar Road, but we’ve learned to ignore it. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some storage for samples and a few desks for the paperwork side of things. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. Most of what we do involves talking to doctors and clinics about the products we carry. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through invoices. We try to keep everything organized, though sometimes the stacks of paper get a bit high. There isn’t any corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in. If the phone rings and the person who usually answers is busy, someone else picks it up. It’s a practical way to run a small pharmaceutical firm. We like being in Andheri because everything is close by. If we need to send a courier or grab a quick lunch, it’s all right there. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing normal jobs.
