Glitter Chocolates

Glitter Chocolates is actually run out of Flat No. 302 in Moroba Mansion, which is in the Khar West Puna Kumbharia area. It’s not a regular shop with a big window on the street. Instead, it’s more of a home-based setup where we spend our time in the kitchen. We have a few cooling racks and a couple of small fridges tucked into the corner of the room. It gets pretty crowded when we have a lot of orders to finish. We don't have a big team; it’s mostly just us working around the kitchen table, wrapping things by hand. Sometimes the chocolate gets everywhere, and we have to spend an hour just cleaning the counters. Since we are in an apartment building, we have to be quiet so we don't disturb the neighbors when we are moving boxes around. People usually call us first or find us through someone they know. We don't have a fancy display case, so everything is kept in boxes until it’s time to go out. The lighting in the flat isn't the best for photos, but we aren't really trying to be on a magazine cover. We just like the process of melting and setting the bars. It takes a lot of patience, especially when the weather is humid and the chocolate doesn't want to cooperate. We just keep at it, one batch at a time, right here in the apartment.
