Our main spot is Glenmark House on B. D. Sawant Marg in Chakala. It is right off the Western Express Highway in Andheri East. Being so close to the highway means it is always noisy and crowded outside, but once you are inside the building, things settle down a bit. We have a lot of people working here across different floors. It is a big operation, but we try to keep our own areas feeling manageable. The desks are usually piled high with reports and documents. We spend our days in meetings or working through various pharma projects. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. Even though it is a big building, we still have our small groups where we chat about our families or what we had for dinner while we wait for the elevator. The area around us is full of other offices and little snack shops. We often go out for a quick walk just to get some air away from the computers. The traffic on the Western Express Highway is a constant topic of conversation because it affects everyone’s morning. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just come in, do the work, and head home. It is a steady environment where everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We just keep the wheels turning day after day. It is a lot of effort but we enjoy it.
