Our local office is situated in units 401 and 402 of the A-wing, on the fourth floor of the Floral Deck Plaza. It’s right on the Central MIDC Road in Andheri, so we are right in the middle of one of Mumbai’s busiest commercial hubs. Even though Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceuticals Limited is a big name, this specific office feels more like a local hub where we handle the regional logistics and administrative tasks. The building itself is quite modern, but our internal space is just a regular office with rows of cubicles and a few meeting rooms that are always booked. We have a lot of people coming and going, from sales reps to delivery coordinators. The traffic on Central MIDC Road is almost always a mess, so we’ve all learned to be flexible with our timing. There’s a small pantry where we gather for tea, and that’s usually where the real updates happen. We deal with a massive volume of information every day, keeping track of where our products are going across the state. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking on headsets. We don't really do the flashy corporate thing here; it's mostly just about making sure the spreadsheets are right and the orders are moving. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep a friendly atmosphere among the staff.
