Give Them A Very Big Hand

We are located at 5/41 in the BDD Chawls on N M Joshi Marg. It’s a very old and famous part of Lower Parel. If you know the Sai Sagar Hotel, we are right there near it on Delisle Road. This area has a lot of history and it’s always crowded with people living and working here. Our space is just a regular room in the chawl. It’s not like those big glass offices you see in the newer parts of Lower Parel. We like it here because it feels real. There’s always someone talking outside or the sound of the city moving. We do our work from this spot and we’ve been here for a long time. People around the neighborhood know us by name. It’s a tight-knit community in the BDD Chawls. The walk from the station can be long if you’re not used to it, but it’s a straight path down N M Joshi Marg. Sometimes the water or the electricity acts up, but that’s just part of living in an old building. We don't have any fancy titles or a big management team. We are just local people doing our thing. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s a simple, honest place to work and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
