Gipsys Carnivalz

We are over in Kandivali West at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Raj area. The office is 46/704, and we are near the Begur Hullimavu Road. Gipsys Carnivalz is a bit of a messy place because we have so much stuff for events. You might find some old banners in one corner and maybe some lights or decorations in another. It is not your typical office where everyone sits quietly. There is always something being planned or some equipment being moved around for a show. We work on carnivals and festivals, so things can get pretty chaotic when an event is coming up. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Usually, we just stand around a table and figure out who is going where. The neighborhood is busy, and sometimes it is hard to find a spot to park our trucks when they come back from a job. We spend a lot of time on our feet and on the phone. It is definitely not a nine-to-five kind of job. We might be quiet for a week and then not sleep for three days straight. That is just how the carnival business goes. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly just rely on our notebooks and our memory to get things done. It’s a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is located.
