Gesture Event

We operate out of 201 / B Wing in Jaz Enclave, which is right in Santacruz East. It’s a convenient spot because we’re just opposite the Hyatt Hotel, so it’s easy for people to find us. Gesture Event is mostly about making sure things go off without a hitch. Whether it’s a small family gathering or something a bit bigger, we’re the ones behind the scenes moving chairs and checking the sound system. Mumbai is a fast-moving city, and Santacruz is no different. Our office is often packed with decorations, cables, and boxes of supplies. It can get a bit cramped, but we make it work. We don't have a big team of executives. It’s just us and a few regular helpers who know how to get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different venues across the city. Sometimes we're working early mornings and other times we’re finishing up long after midnight. It’s the kind of job where you have to be ready for anything. If a light bulb blows out or a speaker stops working, we just fix it and keep going. We don't use much marketing talk because our work usually speaks for itself when people see the event. It’s a practical business. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s home for us and for the business too. We just keep our heads down and focus on the logistics of each day.
