You can find us in the TTC Industrial Area in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. It’s a huge area with lots of big plants, and we are right in the middle of it. This facility is where we handle the main pharmaceutical production. It’s a busy site with people coming and going at all hours because of the different shifts. The commute out here to Thane can be a real grind for the staff, especially during the monsoon when the roads get flooded. Inside, it is very clinical and structured, which is necessary for the kind of medicine we make. We have various floors dedicated to different parts of the process. It’s a lot of stainless steel and white walls. We don’t really have any fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just functional space for the labs and the packing lines. The noise of the machinery is something you just stop hearing after a while. We spend a lot of time on quality checks and making sure the logs are filled out correctly. It’s a lot of responsibility, so things can get a bit tense when a deadline is approaching. We’ve been part of this industrial belt for a long time now. Most of our neighbors are also in the chemical or pharma business. It’s not the most scenic place to work, but it’s where the real work gets done every single day.
