Our office is tucked away in Vile Parle East, inside the Trupti Bank of Baroda Society. It’s on M C Chagla Road in the Baman Wada area. Working out of a society like this is different from a glass building. It feels more like a home, which is nice I guess. We deal with human resources and media things from here. The day usually involves a lot of phone calls and looking at papers. Sometimes candidates come by for a chat or we have meetings about media projects. Vile Parle is always buzzing, especially with the airport being so close. You can hear the planes sometimes if it’s quiet enough. The society itself is quite calm though. We’ve got a small team here and we just get on with the tasks. There’s no big reception desk or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of work. Finding the place can be a bit tricky for people the first time because of how the lanes are laid out around Baman Wada. But once you find the Bank of Baroda society, it’s easy. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It suits us because it's central for the staff. We just try to get the jobs done without making a big fuss about things. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day.
