Ebony Nx

Ebony Nx is located right in the Dadar West area of Mumbai. We’re in Atlantic Plaza, specifically at G-15. It's near Tilak Bhavan and that garage gully, which most locals around here know pretty well. It's a busy part of the city. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling things day by day. The shop isn't exactly huge, but we make the space work for us. Most people find us because they're already in the plaza or just walking through Dadar. It gets pretty crowded around here, especially in the late afternoons. Sometimes the traffic in the gully is a real headache, but that's just how this part of Mumbai is. We started out small and mostly stayed that way. There’s no big corporate office or anything. It’s just us doing our thing. We deal with various things people need. If you're coming from the station side, it’s a short walk. We don't have any flashy signs really. We just open the doors in the morning and get to work. It's a simple setup. Most of our regulars are from the neighborhood. We know most of the other shopkeepers around Atlantic Plaza too. It feels like a little community. We just try to keep things organized and help out anyone who walks in. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of stock and talking to people. We don't really do much online, we mostly just stick to the physical shop. It has worked for us so far and we're okay with that.
