Ganges Engineering & Chemicals

Down here on Street No 9 in Mulund Joshi Nagar, you will find our place, Ganges Engineering & Chemicals. We are at number 14/1. It is a bit of an industrial-feeling area, which actually suits the kind of work we do here every day. We have got a lot of heavy gear for the engineering side and the chemical storage takes up the rest of our floor space. It is often a bit dusty around the yard. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just supply what is needed and handle the engineering repairs as they come in. The neighbors around us are mostly other small workshops and businesses, so everyone pretty much knows each other. It gets quite hot in the afternoons under the metal roof, but we have got a few old fans going to keep the air moving. Sometimes the deliveries get backed up because the street is so narrow, but we manage to get by. We have been in Mulund for a good long stretch now. It is a hardworking part of the city. We do not have a receptionist or any of that. If the phone rings, whoever happens to be closest just picks it up. Most of the time we are out back checking on the chemical batches or looking over some blueprints that have definitely seen better days. It is just honest work and it keeps the lights on for us. We just keep going.
