Our office and kitchen are at 24/A on 4th Road in Khar. We are situated right below the Ajanta Building. Khar is a lively place to be, and there is always a lot of movement on 4th Road. We started this catering service because we really like the hustle of the food business. Most mornings we are up very early getting things ready. You can usually smell whatever is cooking if you walk past the building. We handle a lot of different events, sometimes small family gatherings and other times bigger parties. It’s a lot of work coordinating everything, from the ingredients to the delivery. Our space is mostly functional, with big tables and plenty of cooking gear. It’s not a restaurant where you sit down to eat, but more of a hub where all the preparation happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by to discuss their menus. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have three different orders going out at the same time, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local team that knows how to put a meal together. Being below the Ajanta Building makes us easy to spot for anyone in the Khar area. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure it gets to where it needs to go on time.
