Fun Fair Entertainment

Fun Fair Entertainment is based in Gazdarbandh, specifically in Sambhu Chawl in Rajiv Nagar. We are right near the Firoza Court Building in Santacruz West. It is a very tight area. The lanes are narrow and there are always kids playing or people drying clothes outside. Our space in the chawl is small, so we have to be very organized with our equipment. We have a lot of stuff for fairs and parties tucked into every corner. It’s not a glamorous office by any means. It’s just a room where we keep our lives and our business. We spend a lot of time out on the streets or at different sites, so the office is mostly for storage and quick meetings. The fan hums all day to keep the heat away. Santacruz West is a busy part of town, and Gazdarbandh has its own rhythm. We know all the neighbors, and they know us. We don't have a secretary or a formal way of doing things. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If there’s work to be done, we just grab the bags and go. It can be a bit chaotic when we’re trying to move big items through the narrow walkways, but we manage. It’s just how things are here. We do our work and we stay part of the community, keeping things simple and practical.
