You can find us over at Shop No 90 on the ground floor of Om Heera in Andheri West. The shop is usually pretty full of stacks of paper and books waiting to go out. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a new shipment comes in from the printers. We’ve been in this building for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by the sound of the packing tape. It isn't a huge place but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time talking to people about their projects and trying to get their stuff out to the right places. Sometimes the rain gets a bit close to the door during monsoon so we have to move everything back a few feet. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have fancy displays or anything. It is mostly just shelves and boxes everywhere you look. I usually stay here until late in the evening making sure the orders are ready for the next morning. My assistant helps with the heavy lifting because my back isn't what it used to be. We just try to get things done without too much fuss. People come in and out all day asking for things and we do what we can to help them out. It's a simple operation and we like it that way. No big meetings, just work.
