We operate out of an office in Kandivalli West, specifically in the Charkop area. Our address is C-701 in the West View CHS Ltd building, which is in Sector 2. It is a bit different because we are located within a residential society complex, so it does not feel like those big glass office buildings you see in south Mumbai. Being in Kandivalli means we are away from the main city chaos, though Charkop itself can get quite lively. Most of the people working here are just focused on the investment management side of things, spending the day looking at market data and dealing with paperwork. The office is on the seventh floor, so we use the lift quite a bit. It is a functional space with standard desks and computers. We do not have any flashy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. Usually, it is just us working through our lists and making sure the numbers are correct. Sometimes the building can get a bit quiet during the middle of the day, which helps with concentration. We have been here for a while and the location works well for our team. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get something from the local shops in Sector 2 or just eating at the desks. It is a very routine kind of life here. We just show up, do the management work that needs doing, and head home when the day is finished. That's about it for us at the moment.
