We are located in Parel, right in the middle of Mumbai City. Our place is on the second floor of Anant Niwas, room 202 to be exact. The building is 28B on Dr Vijaykumar Walimbe Marg. It’s a busy street, especially because the Veterinary College is right there too. We’ve been operating Folks View Facility Management Private Limited from this spot for some time. Mumbai can be loud and fast, and Parel is definitely part of that energy. We like being centrally located because it makes getting around a bit easier, though the traffic on Walimbe Marg can be a real headache some afternoons. Most of us here have lived in Mumbai our whole lives. We aren't a massive company with a shiny glass building. We’re in a regular block, and we prefer it that way. When people come to visit, they usually get a bit lost looking for Anant Niwas, but once they see the college, they know they’re close. It’s a tight space but we make it work. Folks View Facility Management Private Limited is really just a bunch of locals working together. We handle facility tasks for various places around the city. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just talk to people and get the job done. It’s simple, honest work. Being in Parel feels right for what we do because it’s right in the heart of everything.
