Flavaco Snackery Private Limited

Flavaco Snackery Private Limited is tucked away at 3, Sweet Home 9 on Sherly Rajan Road in Bandra West. Bandra is a crowded place, and our little corner is no different. We spend most of our time dealing with snacks, which means there is always a lot of packaging and sorting going on in the room. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes things feel a bit damp, so we have to be careful with how everything is stored. It is a small operation, really. Most of the day is spent listening to the traffic outside on Sherly Rajan Road while we work through the orders. We have a few machines that make a steady humming sound, which you eventually just stop noticing. It is not the kind of place with a big shiny lobby. We have stacks of boxes near the door and a desk that is usually covered in paperwork. Mumbai City life is hectic, so we try to keep our internal routine as steady as possible. People stop by sometimes just to ask what is being made that day. We do not have much room for fancy displays. We just focus on the snacks and getting them into the bags for the day’s deliveries. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all walk or take a rickshaw to work. It is a simple setup in a very busy part of Mumbai, and we like the vibe of this street well enough.
