We are located in Santacruz West, over in the Nishant Building. It is a pretty good spot on Podar Road, specifically G 1. Being on the ground floor helps a lot when we have to move accessories and textiles in and out. Santacruz is always moving, and Podar Road has its own rhythm. We have been running Fkdp Textiles And Accessories Llp from this space for a while. It is not a massive warehouse, but we make the most of the room we have. The building itself is well-known in the local area. Most days, we are just busy checking samples or talking to suppliers. It gets a bit cramped when new stock arrives, but that is just how it goes in this business. We do not use any fancy management speak here. We are just a group of people working together to keep the business running. You won’t find any marble floors or receptionists in suits. It is a working environment through and through. The Mumbai humidity can be a bit much sometimes, but the office stays relatively cool. We spend a lot of our time organizing the different bits and pieces that go into making garments. It is a lot of small details to keep track of. If you are around the Nishant Building, you might see us loading up a van or just taking a quick break. We like being in this part of town. It feels central enough.
