First Source Solutions

We’re located in Bunglow No-77 on Manickpur Diwanman Road in Vasai. Being near Kalpita Sadan makes us pretty easy to find if you’re in the area. It’s a bit different working out of a bungalow rather than a big office block, but we like the feel of it. At First Source Solutions, we handle a lot of different tasks for people. It’s mostly customer service and sorting out problems that people have with their accounts. The office can get a bit hectic with all the phones ringing, but we try to keep a calm head. We aren't robots; we’re just a bunch of folks from Vasai and nearby areas who come here to work. We have our lunch breaks together and sometimes talk about the local news. The road outside can get a bit busy during rush hour, but inside we just focus on what’s on our screens. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to solve the issues that come our way and finish our shifts on time. It’s practical work. We deal with real people and real problems every single day. Some days are tougher than others, but we get through it as a team. It’s just how we do things here in our little corner of Maharashtra. No frills, just honest work. We've been at Bunglow No-77 for a while and it's a good place to be based.
